TOTA

TOTA LLC, is a sports and entertainment business whose purpose is to manage, serve, and promote the game of soccer and specifically Professional Indoor Soccer in the Kansas City area through high-level experiences and a first class product. TOTA, a Kansas City based and operated company, was founded by three local entrepreneurs.
Brian Budzinski

Brian serves as President and one of the three founders of the TOTA. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Comets. Brian is a successful Kansas City entrepreneur who names Chad Boeger, another young local business entrepreneur and founder of Union Broadcasting, among his personal influencers. In 2004, Brian purchased the Kansas City Soccer Dome at the age of 24. At the age of 26 he was the youngest proprietor of a Sport Clips Haircuts franchise in the entire country. Brian is pleased to bring Professional Indoor Soccer and the Comets back to Kansas City.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Brian graduated from the University of Missouri, receiving a BS BA. He currently resides in the Northland with his wife Tina and their two children.
